Programs
Programs are 3, 6, or 9-month-long protocols, depending on the severity of your health conditions/symptoms.
These protocols provide extensive education to guide your wellness journey. They are best suited if you have failed to see results despite trying various supplements diet plans.
Our Functional Medicine team will provide extensive support and mentorship through this program to enable personalized lifestyle changes and help you achieve your health goals. This can include weight loss, building energy, managing stress, sleeping better, and strengthening your immune system autoimmunity.

Memberships plans
Our membership plans are designed to provide ongoing support after you achieve your health goals through our programs. This will enable you not to fall back into a disease state and continue to build on your health and wellness while benefiting from our ongoing Functional Medicine programs.
- Monthly follow-up visits of 30 minutes to support your progress toward Optimum Health
- Supplements and testing are included based on your protocol.
- Access to all FHI education classes.
- Direct messaging with the provider through the Pt portal in-between visits.
